FAQ

ABOUT MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapy dates back thousands of years to ancient cultures who believed in its medical benefits. Through the manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments), regular massage can provide relaxation, reduce muscle tension, ease pain, treat discomfort and help to calm the mind and body.

Each client is unique and requires the right combination of techniques and pressure to address their specific needs. Whether it’s to treat an acute and/or existing condition, or to enhance your overall health and wellbeing, Body Soul Connections looks forward to being an integral part of your body’s maintenance.
